MeDM embarked on a comprehensive journey with APEX, a nonprofit organization catering to government C-level professionals in Canada. When they first approached us to help with their annual report, it was evident that their brand did not align with the organization’s strategic goals – we identified the need for a holistic transformation.
The first step involved a complete brand overhaul, including the design of a fresh and inclusive logo. Subsequently, we worked closely with APEX to craft their strategic plan in a visually engaging PDF document and designed their annual report to maintain a professional and impactful image.
However, the most significant part of our collaboration with APEX was redesigning and developing their website from the ground up. The website project became a pivotal moment as it led to a deep dive into how APEX presented its materials and organized its content, resulting in a more user-centric and efficient structure.
Ultimately, our work with APEX has elevated their brand and transformed their digital presence and content strategy, significantly impacting their field.
MeDM’s collaboration with APEX in rebranding was driven by a clear vision – to align the brand with the essence of a group of government organizations striving to elevate each other.
As a name, “APEX” embodies the idea of reaching the peak, and our goal was to reflect upward progress and diversity in their brand identity. The logo we designed, featuring a variety of differently sized dots, perfectly encapsulates this concept, showcasing unity and upward growth.
Beyond the visual elements, our team provided comprehensive branding support for APEX’s annual summit. We created captivating social media banners, posts, dynamic animations, and an engaging video to bolster their online presence. This integrated approach transformed APEX’s brand and propelled it into the spotlight, effectively communicating its mission and values to a broader audience.
With over 300 pages of bilingual content in French and English, designing APEX’s new website was multifaceted. Our team prioritized mobile-friendliness to cater to a diverse audience and ensured compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics for efficient user management.
The website’s primary focus was to provide easy navigation to events, news, membership details, and support resources, including an extensive library of documents, reports, guidelines, and policy analyses. These resources are pivotal in educating government executives and helping them interpret and navigate complex government policies that impact various agencies. MeDM’s web development efforts have significantly enhanced APEX’s digital presence, enabling seamless access to vital information and resources for their target audience.
